I can not comment on California's climate as I do not live in California. I do live in Canada though, and was curious as to how different the climates are. Throughout the year it? seems generally Cali is about 10 degrees warmer on average. Summer average of 30 in Cali where it is only 20 in Alberta, where I am from. Thank you, but actually I spent very little time on the HAARP facility in this documentary, other than identifying it as a development source. That one facility in Alaska (as far as daily weather control is concerned) is insignificant compared to almost 200 networked Nexrad facilities capable of generating (at least) 750 kilowatts each, and the variety of other towers? and facilities used in conjunction.

Wouldn't it be interesting if ball lightning happened when Lightning struck through a positive charged surface and met with a negatively charged ground that repelled it, causing the plasma to form a "sphere" from the attraction around? it and the repelling under it, and shooting it into a wacky path away from the ground? Like say lightning struck a positive charged mist to get to the ground through least resistance, but the ground was negative and repelled it back. That'd be interesting.

Hi! for next vids, to avoid "mimetic words", I suggest you to add a tiny border (black or white) around text; if possible. So you can use each color you want, with high contrast edges. oh! wait, I see that u used this technique only for big words at 2:09 just do the? opposite ;) And nice video as always!
